The Blue Spruce is a pyramidal shaped evergreen with steel blue foliage. Trees will reach a height of about six feet in eight years on a good site. This evergreen is widely used as an ornamental yard tree and is probably the most drought tolerant of all spruce trees.

If delivered to cold climates, seedlings must be potted indoors until they can be planted outdoors a few weeks after the last frost.
